One of the best things you can do to have a highly productive day (and thus enjoy it more, and then get out and enjoy life!) is to rev up your metabolism, and practice excellent time management. Many of us fall victim to two things each day 1 - doing the shortest, easiest tasks and the tasks we enjoy most early in the day. 2 - Having a breakfast that we think is healthy, or that marketing, or other so-called "experts" tells us is healthy, but leaves us exhausted with brain fog. This causes a huge drop in prductivity throughout the day.
