Some foods are just plain inflammatory – grains (especially wheat/gluten), dairy, soy, corn, and unfortunately occasionally healthy nigh shade veggies like bell peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes (if you do eat them, save these for after your workout!)

Could some of the other foods you are eating be causing your pain? Food sensitivities and inflammatory foods can cause a whole myriad of symptoms, seemingly unrelated to what you are eating-even days later!

Obesogens are toxic chemicals found in things we put on our body, wash with, clean our homes with, cook with, create scents and perfumes with,  and sometimes even eat!


According to Wikipedia, obesogens are a class of chemical compounds that disrupt the normal development and metabolism of lipids.   In English, these chemicals make us put on weight and make it hard to lose the weight - not to mention they disrupt many of our body hormones, making us feel like crap! Read more to find out what this means and what you can do about it!
